Choosing the safety and healthiest products for our babies goes without saying. As moms, we want to make sure we always choose what’s best for them to help encourage their growth and development. I know I spend a lot of time researching products before I buy anything for my kids and that’s also one of the reasons why I started this blog, to be able to share the best of the best with you all. I’m so excited to share this amazing recognition given to ergoPouch!

ergoPouch

Swaddling your baby has so many benefits. However, ergoPouch has created their swaddles to allow for healthy development of their hips and legs. I never would’ve considered the effects tight swaddling could have on the development of the hip joints. I’ve always swaddling my babies, but Lakelyn is the first one to not want to be so tightly swaddled. This would be perfect for those babies and your baby in general.. especially as they get older to still give them the comfort of the swaddle and the warmth at night without being so tight.

From the press release :

Melbourne, Australia — (March 2016) – Award-winning manufacturer ergoPouch’s range of baby swaddles, sleep sacks and sleep suits have received “hip-healthy” designation from The International Hip Dysplasia Institute (IHDI).  Australian-based ergoPouch is renowned for the design and manufacture of premium baby swaddles, sleeping bags and sleep suits made from pure natural fibers.  The International Hip Dysplasia Institute (IHDI) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of those afflicted with hip dysplasia.
